RETURN PROCESS
Before returning any item, please click the contact form to send un an email first. You should include your name, email, and order number.
Returns sent to our address without filling out the return portal, will automatically be issued store credit.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Items bought on clearance may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. Refund is not permitted.
All items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED in original condition with the tag still attached.
If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
REFUND
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns. Also, we do not refund shipping costs.
Please allow 3-5 business days for payment to be reflected in your account.
we accept returns for refunds within 21 days for Domestic orders and 30 days for International orders from the delivery date.
No refunds after 21 days. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged.
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- All Masks/Filters are nonreturnable.
